Marcie Clayman

Agent at NextHome Discovery

Born and raised in Ohio, and a graduate of The Ohio State University (go Buckeyes) with degrees in both education and design, Marcie is the realtor to choose to assist you in your home buying or selling experience.  Following a career as the owner of a residential design firm, Marcie became a designer with a major home builder in Ohio.  She was responsible for the design choices in both the model homes as well as the selections for individual clients.

Her teaching and design expertise help her to educate you about market trends from a broad perspective or your individual neighborhood.  Design plays an important role in staging a home for selling or seeing through clutter or a bad paint color to envision the perfect home for you.

Marcie is active in her community, participating in the “Passion Committee” of the American Heart Association and “Go Red for Women.”  She has a passion for the arts, both as an amateur painter and as a dance instructor for many years.

Marcie also has a passion and love for her family.  Her other half is Wayne Clayman, a Commercial Realtor, also with Pangea Realty Group.  Marcie and Wayne have a daughter and son-in-law in Tampa and their son resides in New Orleans, LA.

If you are need of a real estate team that combines expertise in design and technology in both the residential and commercial arenas, choose the real estate team of Marcie & Wayne Clayman.
