I have been in the sales and customer service industry for over 10 years! My natural ability to build rapport and find solutions for my clients, no matter the product, has recently landed me in the Tampa Bay real estate market!
I truly enjoy assisting home owners looking to sell! By providing relevant information about the market and the value of their home and giving accurate advice about what buyers are looking for, I'm able to provide service like no other! Although I enjoy helping sellers get their homes prepared for listing, providing accurate information about the market to help every client, buying or selling, make an informed decision about their real estate investment is always my top priority!
My strong sense of duty, empathy, and loyalty, plus my positive attitude, keep me at the top of my game at all times. My ability to deliver pertinent information to all parties involved keeps my clients informed and my transactions running smoothly from start to finish. I pride myself on making things happen, not simply waiting for the pieces to fall in line.
My clients feel the difference because they know their situation matters to me.
I received a degree in Education from The University of Central Florida, and graduated from my class with honors from both the Dean and the President.
I have a proven record in sales and years of experience in property management. In addition, a recent business endeavor in the Houston, TX real estate market provided me with project management experience and a foundation in real estate investing, with specialty in residential renovation projects.
My future goals include helping you buy or sell real estate in the Tampa Bay area, while inspiring and helping others along the way.
My motto: “Let’s make it happen!”
